Product Images Checkout

  • Hi Thimo,

    I’m using the checkout option “iframe in a modal window” within the plugin itself. I really like this option as it keeps customers within the journey and it’s less obvious you’re viewing “another site” (IE spreadshirt).

    However with this, I’m seeing a number of problems, I’m not sure what they relate to, but I figured if you don’t ask, you don’t find out!

    Issue One…
    Sometimes the lightbox window just shows as black for a long period of time or sometimes just hangs at this point altogether and doesn’t load; example can be seen here: https://sblnet.co.uk/LightboxBlack.PNG .

    Issue Two…
    Sometimes the product image(s) don’t load correctly or at all; example screenshots can be seen here https://sblnet.co.uk/Lightbox1.PNG .

    Anything you can suggest would be amazing!

    Hi,

    both issues are spreadshirts’, because since they’ve updated their checkout it’s sometimes slow.
