I’ve translated the plugin in Persian (Farsi).
You can download and add it to your plugin package from following link.

P.S: 1) to.po is not true; tto.po is a true name for other languages….
2) Some translations does not take effect from lan folder as you see here: https://eydad.com/linkedin/Persian%20Translation.png
