Automatically generate slugs

Hi,

Until I used mqtraslate it was possibile to apply a sort of patch in order to automatically generate slug.
The patch is available on this link: https://gist.github.com/espy/3904854.

This patch cannot be apply on Qtranslate-X because the files “qtranslate_javacript.php” and “qtranslate_wphacks.php” don’t exist anymore.

I wonder if there is possibility to insert this kind of functionality because is really convenient for customers.
