Inserting pics

    I haven’t inserted a pic in WP ina while, but as I recall, i put the cursor where I want the pic, click media upload, choose the pic from myl ibrary, and pic appeared where I wanted it.Now, no matter what size the pic I select, it appears in one large size on the page. Also, on a diff WP site, I click Media/upload, and nothing happens. prior tot hat, I created a new page, uploaded the pic, and I got a blank page, and the page never appeared in the list of pages.

  • You can click on the image and size it.

    Anytime you have problems first you do this.

    -deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    -switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    Yes, I did all of those, and no change. I switched themes until I found one that worked (twentyfifteen). Thanks for the advice.
