    I’m having the same issue.

    Genesis Framework 2.1.2
    Eventbrite Version 1.0.3
    Keyring Version 1.6.1

Under Tools > Keyring selecting Test returns “This connection is working correctly.”

My page called Book has the template assigned. I have verified it’s working by viewing the body class which has the class page-template-eventbrite-index assigned.

I have two public live posts. One was created before I added the two plugins/configuration and another was done after I did all this to troubleshoot since I see you’ve asked others to do so.

I’ve deleted and readded the Keyring connecting and retested to make sure the connection is good which it is.

My site is in development, but is also live. I’m using Theme Switcher so the link while it will take you to a working page will not show you the proper layout unless I was to give you access to WP.

You will see the only thing inside of <main> is <header>. It’s otherwise blank.

Thank you for any help figuring this out. I think I’ve done all the troubleshooting I can at this point.

And additional piece of info for my situation so you have all the facts that I know about.

Since this is in dev and I’m not 100% Eventbrite will be the solution we haven’t added any banking info. So I see that the new Test event that I made with a ticket amount of $35 might not be truly live because it has no way to process the payment yet.

An the other event that I have is public, but was set to private originally when I created it so that others couldn’t accidentally sign up. But again since I made it public I deleted and readded the Keyring and tested the connection.

Without making any additional changes the $35 event is now showing. The free event isn’t however.

Is it going to take over 24 hours for a newly added event to show?

I can see the $35 events, but nothing free yet. You’re correct, the plugin refreshes its cache every 24 hours; you can force a check by just disconnecting then reconnecting, or by filtering the cache expiry in a plugin. See eventbrite_cache_expiry in the developer docs if you’d like more details for that option.

What’s bookeo? Not sure I understand how the Eventbrite API plugin is being used here?..
