Email Issues??

    Hi-

    You helped me recently with your Abandon Cart Lite plugin cron issue. I have setup the cron setting correctly however I am know having issues with the emails. The sent emails are not correctly formatted – too much extra lines and spacing throughout the email. I am using WP Better emails to send a pre-formatted template out with all my site emails including woocommerce ones. Also, I put in the basic custom info in the email – {{full.name}}, etc.. When I send a test email or a regular abandon cart email – the entire email is sent but none of the items in the brackets are changed to reflect full name, first name or last name. Do you have any idea what the issue is with this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Charmp,

    For the format of the sent emails, we do not have tested abandoned cart LITE version with WP Better emails plugin.

    For Abandoned cart LITE version, in the test email the short code like “{{full.name}}” will not be replaced with the actual data because we do not have any actual data to replace with it.But for the regular abandoned cart email it should replace with the user name.

    Can you please try that the shortcodes are replaced with the actual data or not in regular abandoned cart email with deactivating WP Better emails plugin?

    If the issue still persist on your site, Can you please create a ticket on [email protected] with the site url and admin access to your site, so we can check the issue?
