Can't scroll down in chrome

    Issue:
    I am unable to scroll down using mouse wheel on my website https://www.logodesignbar.com/

    Specifics:
    I can’t scroll down using my mouse wheel
    I can still scroll down by pulling the scroll bar down
    I can scroll normally with mouse wheel if I hover mouse in scroll bar area
    I can scroll up normally using mouse wheel after scrolling down with one of the above methods.
    This only is happening in google chrome (works fine in safari, firefox, IE)
    This is only happening on my website

    What I’ve tried (hasn’t helped):
    I’ve tried disabling all plugins
    I’ve tried opening console in chrome (no errors listed)

  • I looked at your page and I can scroll, however at my own page (also Zerif Light) I have the same issue.

    Unfortunately I still can’t scroll when I access my site.

    This is strange that it is only occurring on our own devices.

    Do you have a link to your site?

    Do you have any extensions running in chrome?

    I can’t work out why this is happening…

    Maybe it has to do with the admin login, even though I also can’t scroll down when logged out…

    Thanks for the link. Yeah I seem to be able to scroll fine on your site also.

    I was thinking the admin login top too, but I also can’t scroll when logged out, or even when I use incognito window as an anonymous visitor…

    I’m able to scroll on both websites. Are you both using Windows? And please check if you’re using the latest version of the Chrome.

    Hello,

    Do you have javascript disabled on your browsers? I too checked and scrolling works on both websites.
    Also, try reinstalling Chrome, it might be an issue from the browser itself.

    I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling chrome however the issue still remains unfortunately.

    Uninstalling chrome fixed it for me…

    And reinstalling ??

    Unfortunately none of the fixes worked for me. I ended up changing themes back to default twenty fifteen and the bug was fixed straight away.

    Can you mention the browser version you are using as well as Operating System so we can do some debugging?

    Same problem on mine. I installed the theme on two sites over the last couple days. sapphirerecovery(dot)com and rehabthailand(dot)org

    Sapphire worked so well I put the theme on RehabThailand and won’t scroll on my computer, reinstalled chrome, deleted and reinstalled the theme, etc. Using Mac 10.6.8 on Chrome Version 41.0.2272.76 (64-bit). I looked at it on another mac and it would scroll but the widgets were all lined up vertically.

    Firefox and Safari seem fine as well as the mobile version is all good.

    I disabled all plug ins etc. no difference. For a bit of background however the Sapphire site was a brand new build and the Thailand site is an older site where I changed themes.

    Any Help Would be great, Thank You.
