Can't seem to login to my admin

Are you getting an “incorrect password” message when you try? Or are you saying you are either not able to get to the log in page, or the log in form isn’t showing up for you?

Thanks for your help. I o get to the log on page. When I tried the original password, it did not work. Thus, I reset the password twice and it still did not help even though it was confirmed by wordPress

What method did you use for the reset?

Have you tried:
-deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
-switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

I will try the plugs is idea. Thank you. Just thought about it – how can I go the plugs in if I can’t log on!

You can rename the plugins directory via FTP. Name it plugins_hold or something like that. And that should de-activate them.

Using ftp or the file manager provided by your host rename the wp-content/plugins to wp-content/plugins-old.

You change to the default theme the same way renaming the theme file.
