Error with 4.1.1

This is the entire error that keeps showing up:

Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /home/content/10/7706710/html/wp-content/themes/lifestyle/library/tfuse_framework/functions/core.php on line 21 and defined in /home/content/10/7706710/html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1152

Can someone please help me… I am losing business because of this….

In addition to the error message. None of my media files are in the media folder.

Have same problem with the media library — none show up since 4.1.1 update.

can you please temporarily switch to the theme twenty-fifteen and let me know if the error goes away.

other people with this error had it as a result of the theme and had to contact the developers

also, are you on the most current version of your theme?

bernbe01 — using a different theme than jladd, but switching to 2015 (as issued along with 4.1.1) did not fix the issue.

thanks for the info and testing. it’s worth creating a new forum post for this as jladd is also dealing with a theme issue so you may get help a bit quicker with your own topic specific to just your details.

you can include in the ticket that you tried reverting to twenty-fifteen with no luck

I’m using a theme called tkidd and getting this on login…
Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array…
I’ve had other odd errors since upgrading to wordpress 4.1.1 on many of my wp sites all using differing themes.
