Sends me only an excel file without a msg body

Hi, I just want to make sure this is not the way the plugin ought to behave. Am I really only supposed to be emailed an xls file to download without any msg body in the email itslef? Please see: https://painmanagementnaples.com/contact/
What Can I do to also receive the sender’s msg in the email itself?
