Pause on mouse over not working

I cannot seem to get the slider to pause on mouse over. I have ticked the “Make carousel pause when mouse hovers over it.” box but it still continues to scroll. I am using the Version 1.9 build of CHPC Slider Pro. I have tested on both Windows and OSX using Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
