Publicize but with no shortner. Possible?

    That is indeed possible.

    To get started, go to Jetpack > Settings in your dashboard and deactivate the WP.me Shortlinks module.
    Then, place the code from this post in a functionality plugin to replace all shortlinks by full permalinks.
