Clean Login setting prevents sending checkout data to eWay

Checkout: can fill in address, coupon & notes fields; can’t fill in or send the CC details to eWay
Using WordPress 4.1.1, x – The Theme 3.2.2, Woocommerce 2.3.5 & database 2.3.4 and eWay 3.3.0
After the customer enters the shipping address the checkout process continue indicators keep rotating without allowing eway checkout and all text after the address & add comment fields has a faded overlay..
However, if the Administrator goes through the checkout process it works.
I now find that a setting in Clean Login prevents checkout from sending info to eWay for any users not “administrator”. The offending setting is:
Dashboard access Disable dashboard access for non-admin users?
Please note that you can only log in through wp-login.php and this plugin. wp-admin permalink will be inaccessible.
I have unchecked this setting and eWay works.
