WP super caching not compatible with web server static caching

Hi, everyone, I have a hard time trying to figure out the best solution for the issue, please advise!

Now I am using Incapsula CDN which can speed up my site for Asian reader, Incapsula has a static caching which I choose to be ticked. Later, I installed WP super cach, and about the one week later, my site has issues, such as I can see the newest change only when I am logged in, also every page required login to edit. I soon found out that if I turned off the static caching on Incapsula, then the issues all go away. However, it slowed down my site loading speed…..it was 1-3s, without static caching is was >10s……Also, if I kept static caching and deactivate WP super caching(or W3 total caching), the speed decreased as well……

dose any body has the same experience? Perhaps you can help me with it!
