Help installing PLR blog please

Hi, I’m trying to install a PLR blog I’ve purchased and I’m not having much luck. Could you help please?

I have a Hostgator croc baby account and a domain I’ve purchased from Namecheap. I want it as a seperate domain – would that come under “Add on Domain?”
I’ve pointed the DNS servers from Namecheap to Hostgator, and I’m trying to install the blog: I’ve tried adding a database and uploading the PLR files along with Import Buddy (Backup Buddy) but I get errors when typing my url/import buddy.php

Could someone tell me the exact steps please?

Do I need to upload WordPress again? Do I need Filezilla?
