Mailchimp Integration – How To Remove Check Box

    Hi, Just recently integrated changed my membership site access levels and have a large portion of my site open to free users so long as they subscribe to my mailing list. However the s2member/mailchimp setup is allowing members to register without being added.

    See screenshot below. The check box at the bottom of the registration screen when unchecked by the user is allowing access but NOT sending through to mail chimp and adding that user to the mailing list. Completely negates the point of the whole process.

    How can i remove the check box and allow the process to continue through to mailchimp?

      I have no issue with double opt in by email but the current process has opened me up to the point where of my last 25 registered users only 2 of them are on my mailing list due to the rest unchecking to box and still getting access.

    You can hide the box at “s2Member -> API / List Servers ->
    Registration / Double Opt-In Box? -> Require Double Opt-In
    Checkbox?

    But to ensure you have all members in BOTH MC and your
    site, and to have S2 member deleted if MC member is deleted, you need the
    plugin at https://krumch.com/kc-s2m-mc.

    I use it and have no issues.
