Setting up new page

  • Hello, I wonder whenever I am to create a new page, ‘page button’ and ‘page settings’ do not appear at the bottom of the page hence leaving me helpless if I want to add a background image or link the page to another URL. I also cannot see the ‘Types’ button, next to media button, just below the permalink.
    Whereas, all these functions are available whenever I am to edit an existing page imported from demo content.
    I think, I am failing to exploit the plugin ‘Types’. I feel sorry for myself for I am just a newcomer to this world looking forward to the help of veterans.

    Thanks for reporting the issue.
    Do you see those field sections after new page publish in editing page?

    Yes, I have just checked after publishing a page. These fields appeared when I hit edit to edit the page published just seconds ago.

    At this moment pages section works like that, because those fields must be hidden from front page template. In later updates we will think a way to resolve this issue.
