Cannot see Tag Title

    I am a complete beginner and I have looked to see if this problem has been covered already but couldnt find anything over last month. I have only just started on my website so it is very basic at the moment. I have inserted a logo and filled in the Site Title and Tag Line. The Tag line shows but whatever I do I cannot see the Site Title. Can anyone help?
