How to remove sidebar in Catalog Page but leave it in Individual Product Page

  • Hi!

    My shop page had a sidebar with blog posts and my individual product the product and seller information (I have a marketplace using woocommerce)

    I was searching here for a solution and I did the following:

    1. I went to themes – sidebar.php and add /* */ around everything there

    This was taking the text from the sidebar out, but leaving the space there. I wanted the catalog page full width.

    2. Then, themes – style.css — where I found the layout of the sidebar, I changed the width from 75% to 100%.

    The catalog page looks great now, full width as I expected.

    But the individual product looks horrible! The image is also full width and the product title and price went to the end of the page!:(

    I need to take the sidebar off the catalog page only. How can I do it?
