My Site entry remairs after connected site deleted

    Dear WordPress Community,

    I would like a little bit of your help please.

    I installed Jetpack on a WP site hosted by GoDaddy at d17.3fc.myftpupload.com. Then I connected it to my WordPress.com account successfully and it showed up under My Sites. Then I terminated the GoDaddy hosting contract resulting in this domain and the files being deleted.

    Unfortunately I did not disconnect Jetpack from my WordPress.com account before the domain and files for the site were deleted; it still appears under My Sites when I logon to WordPress.com.

    I have found no way to remove this entry from under My Sites now that the WP instance it connects to has been deleted.

    Can anyone help me remove this entry from My Sites?

    I have the same problem.

    I did not realize I needed to disconnect or deactivate Jetpack inside my GoDaddy-hosted site before deleting that site.

    So the domain name of my now non-existent site still appears under “My Sites” in my wordpress.com account, but there doesn’t seem to be a UI option for me to remove it.

    So would a “Happiness Engineer” at WordPress.com be able to remove the defunct site from my account, please, as Ryan did for Jason?
