How do I insert ad between 2nd-3rd and 5th-6th posts?

I know how to insert an ad in between 2-3rd post (or whichever posts i choose)

But it doesn’t say how to ad multiple spots. For example I need an ad space in between the 2-3rd posts, AND the 5-6th posts.
Any ideas?
