    I’ve been using List Builder from SumoMe for a few weeks now, and in the last 2 days I am unable to get the List Builder app to open. The blue crown app menu opens up, but nothing inside the menu will open other than the store. I just see a red X hovering over the top right corner of the List Builder icon.

    I tested this in Chrome and Firefox to make sure it wasn’t due to browser incompatibility, and I experienced the same issue in each. I opened up IE, but it didn’t even show the blue crown menu.

    Hi, I’m having the same problem now on Chrome and Safari, on both Mac & PC.

    When I click on any of the icons after the blue crown – even that sometimes doesn’t work – they don’t respond. I’m on WordPress 4.1.1 running Enterprise Pro Theme. It was fine last week when I installed, now I can’t access any of the apps.

    Just checked your page out and seems perfectly fine and working 100%. Not having any issue in Chrome, Safari, Firefox or IE11.

    Can you restart your browser and try again? Does it work in Chrome Incognito Mode?

    This seems to happen periodically in a very small percentage of our users, where a browser restart or sometimes a system reboot seems to fix the problem.

    Sorry, maybe I didn’t explain too well…

    The problem’s not affecting visitors to my site, it’s affecting the SumoMe app in my WP dashboard.

    The same as Michelle described:

    It’s the same with all the icons after I click the blue crown: SmartBar, ScrollBox, settings, even the notifications button and the SumoStore.

    PS Weirdly it’s the same after browser and system restarts across both Safari & Chrome on my MacBook and also on Chrome & IE on my old desktop pc – the app icons won’t respond at all

    Hi Guys!

    I’ve been experiencing the same issue for the last 5-6 days too. The Sumome plugin is working fine for website users and I can access the blue crown and menu, but none of the icons (e.g.. List builder or smart bar) will open when selected from the pop up at my end.

    Otherwise the plugin has been working fine prior to that and it has been AWESOME!

    The theme I use (Hueman) just released an update today, and suddenly I am able to access everything again.

    This was happening on both my work and home PCs, so I was pretty sure it wasn’t a computer setting. It may have been caused by a temporary incompatibility with the theme.

    I hope the issue resolves itself for other users, too! Good luck.

    AppSumo pushed a fix today that fixed this in my WP. Thanks all for input
