• Hello Forum Knowledge Base,

I am having issues on some of my pages after an update. Basically, the issue is that now that I have done the updates my, “Add to Cart,” buttons no longer appear on certain pages. The weird part is that the, “Add to Cart,” button does appear on some pages and does not others. Does anyone know the obvious fix here?

My thought was that the issues would resolve themselves once I fixed my, “bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files.” I was not able to override all these outdated copies because one was not in the file location that wordpress directed me to after checking the, “System Status,” page. Has that happened to anyone else?

I’ve hit a wall here. Please let me know if you have any insights.

Best to switch to a core theme like 2012 to test if the issue is actually coming from your custom theme.

I have done that. When I switch from our Flatsome theme to the default the buttons appear again. But how do I resolve the issue?

So now that you know it is a theme issue. Best to contact your theme author about this to have them update their theme to be WooCommerce 2.3 compatible.

Okay how do I contact the theme author exactly?

    Thanks for the extra clarification.

So I believe Flatsome is a premium theme so I would start by going back to where you purchased it and I believe there should be a link to the support for your theme.
