Signature Field in User Profile in Backend

The Signature field for each user is also now displayed in the WP Dashboard under that user. The problem is that when you open up the user in the backend, it strips all of the code used in the Signature field. So, if you do any type of editing at all on that user, the signature will display all the text replacements for the brackets and quotes. Is there a way to ensure that the signature editor is only displayed on the front end?
