HTTP 404 Not Found Error

    Hi,
    I am almost new user of WordPress. Currently I am working with my first website in local environment. Whenever I visit my website everything is okay but when I click to any of my posts or pages or menu it shows uo HTTP 404 Not Found

    I am running Wampserver version 2.5 in window 8.1 32 bit operating system and
    Apache Version :2.4.9 PHP Version :5.5.12. MySQL Version :5.6.17. Please tell me how I would get rid of this problem.

    Can you provide the URL to your local website and the URL to some links to your posts or pages?

    iam having problems with my pages.when i click links to my blog
    it says page not found.this usually happens every morning.

    Sorry about my post – I did not notice initially it was a different user – but I did notice after posting and embarrassingly and quickly edited my post to the current text (asking him to start a sep issue)

    @olivercorrea I have googled hereafter with my problem and I think i fugured out what the problem is.
    If you run your site with wampserver you can go to the Wampserver> Apache> Apache Modules> rewrite_module (if unchecked just check it)

    After doing this my site is working fine. Please let me know if it works with yours.
