Wrong email after payment accepted

Since more than half a year wp e-commerce sends the wrong email to the customers when i mark the order as ‘payment accepted’. They get the email they get after they made the order (demand of payment).
There might be a problem with ‘transaction_result_functions.php’?
Someone can help? Thanks a lot!!!
WP E-commerve version: 3.9.1
I formerly used WP E-Commerce shop styling to style the mails, maybe that affected my problem?
