Can you try deactivating other plugins and activating a default theme to see if it’s a conflict?

Taylor – I went through all that, deactivated ALL my plugins, and changed themes several times, and it doesn’t resolve. There’s some bug here. I can create a form, but changes aren’t posted to the form .. when I open up “Manage Form” or view a page with the form attached, the changes aren’t included.

    Thanks

Same problem here, Also disabled all other plugins and that didn’t make any difference.
The PUT request is succesful but it doesn’t save the (new) fields and there are no error’s visible in the console.
When creating a new form it only succeeds on a few (3 or 4) default items, like one header, a selectbox and a single text line. Any more or custom slug’s and it won’t save.
Also after adding (not custom name/slugs) saving the initial form, then adding a few form fields it won’t save the new fields.
The PUT does send the new fields but the response doesn’t contain the new fields.
Even on a new install and only this form plugin editing forms is impossible. After creating a form with 5 elements and whithout editing the slugs, saving and editing again the new elements aren’t added.

Good luck with this, I have about 50 sites with this issue, all have various assorted plug-ins and themes. I am sticking with it the plug in still. I really like the new format…

It’s not a conflict issue, I created a new test environment with only a default theme and this form plugin that gives the same issue.

As I’ve e-maild Taylor the 6.4.5 version DOES return an error in the console where the 6.4.3 didn’t.

Taylor looked at my site, and said the problem was that my server doesn’t allow a “PUT” request. I had my web host enable that function, and now the forms do save changes, but the new form I made doesn’t seem to actually make a submission. Old forms made before the last upgrade work, but the new ones I’ve tried don’t.

I am having the exact same issue. Would love some help here. I’ve also deactivated all plugins and changed over to Twenty Fifteen theme, and no luck. In addition to the forms not saving edits, I’m also not getting any submissions via email. It comes through to the submissions section on the site but is not pushing through to the emails set up in the forms. Thanks.

Hi! I’m having the same issue with all my forms. When I try to save I get an error message, but they are saved anyway. When I try to edit them, I get the same error but it doesn’t save. I tried deactivating all plugins and changed the theme to Twenty Fifteen with no results.

There was an update today and even so it’s still the same.

Everything else works perfectly! Great plugin! ??

Here’s the link to one of the forms: https://umbigodomundo.com.br/dadivas/cliente-indicacoes-para-questionario-ddm/

Hi, I’m having the same issue. Just downloaded most up-to-date version of the plugin but can’t save any forms I create, ie. the ‘save form’ button is broken and I have no choice but to X out of the form and I lose everything. Really frustrating!

    Hope you can help.

    Thanks.

I see this topic has been resolved. But I don’t see the solution posted anywhere.
