Where do I have stats in WP admin?

Same problem here. Used to work, but I haven’t viewed my stats in several months…and now I CAN’T view them because I have no idea where to look for them.

Under dashboard. I guess there is no support for this plugin then?

I see it now. But that’s not where I used to find it. In any event, when I click on it, I get nothing; just a white page.
I had someone migrate my WP blog from Site5 to GoDaddy about a month ago. Maybe that’s causing a malfunction. By the way, although I can’t see the stats here, I am able to see them when I go directly to my StatCounter account. So the information is available…just not through the WP plugin.

Can you post a screenshot of the white page?

That’s very strange. What browser are you using?

Do you have the same issue in another browser?

It works with MS Edge and Chrome. Doesn’t work with Firefox.

kma9090 – can you try disabling all plugins in firefox – do you still get the blank page?
