If i have this old link https://codem.dk/blog/artikel/item/ungdomsspiller-i-overhalingssporet-fra-droemme-til-kollaps-det-at-skifte-klub-for-tidligt/ and u look at in in the FB Object debugger and it have 6 shares and 167 likes, how can i add that to the new pages url ?

It needs some time, until it getting counted.

Your second request is not possible. Shares from one url can not be transfered to another different url.
