Theme glitch auto scrolling visual editor

I have 2 themes currently installed on a WP installation. Noticed the theme I have been using seems bugged, so i switched themes and tried to recreate the issue and failed.

So now that is out of the way what my problem is with the theme (Purple Modena by Irina Antonova) when on the visual editor, as a type, or just click on the text box to type in it constantly scrolls, i cant type or edit any of the text or elements without it bumping down a couple lines.

Thoughts? This is for a client and they will be editing and managing the website theirself within the next few days to a week ish. So i highly doubt they will be happy with that issue as well.
