Adding Tags, Reviews not working in 2.3.1

    Sounds like an issue with the javascript on the frontend. Ensure your theme is 2.3 ready (same for extensions) before upgrading. You can confirm its one of those by deactivating them temporarily/switch to twenty twelve and repeating your test.
