Categories and Taxonomies being randomly picked and unable to remove them

    I am having tough time changing or removing taxonomies and categories that are automatically being added to my 2 latest posts. I tried to create a new post and it still picks up taxonomies and categories that I have not selected. This did not happen before.

    For example in this link:

    The categories “America” “Biography” and “Fiction” are automatically being added inspite of me not selecting any of them. The same with the Taxonomies at bottom of the post “Biography”

    This is only with the last 3-4 posts and not impacting any other posts on the site.

    Any suggestions. Please help.
