restricting access to media librairy

Hi, I have been searching and testing for a while without any luck.

For all my wordpress subscribers, when they go to modify there profile, I do not want them to see the media librairy, or if they do, I don’t want them to see all the files that we have downloaded for the websites.

Please help, everything I found and tried didn’t work, maybe some did work before, but not on the latest version.
