    what I also do not understand is why doing the refresh of the page from the browser everything works. the <html> tag is the same ….

    There shouldn’t be any problem with having both a doctype and html tag, it works fine for me, and the vast majority of users will have both.

    * Can you link to the site where this is happening?
    * Have you tried temporarily switching to one of the default themes to see if it works then?
