Heading is gone in Internet Explorer

has anybody find a solution for this? on my page it’s the same. Edge is ok, Firefox, Chrome, Safari also, but IE do not showing the Title and picture. Please have a look:

i paste the code for edge and the title is showing, but not the picture:

.sticky-popup-right .popup-title { -webkit-transform: rotate(0deg) !important;
padding-left: 0px !important;
}
}

so i just solve the picture problem and in edge it works finde with some margin “things.

So i tested different IE Versions. Till nr. 8 it works, so 9,10 and 11 the title get lost. i don’t know if its lost or not showing or behind the button.

maybe someone can help me.
