Download not available

  • Used this plugin and tested it with a small image file and it all worked fine. Then uploaded a larger video file , added the .mp4 extension and now when you go to download it (after entering the code and clicking on the file) it states – this webpage is not available!

    I thought it might be the .mp4 extension so I zipped the file and still it does the same thing.

    Any ideas as to why and how I can fix this ?

    Maybe you hit a threshold defined by your provider. For example the max memory. Can you successively increase the size of a (dummy) file and check when it breaks?
