Page goes blank on update, publish, or wp-admin

    I have a website i installed BPS,
    and the problem i see after doing settings (that i made 1 year back almost)
    1. Whenever i make new page, post or install new plugin or update theme files, page goes blank, however when i hit browser back button i see the changes i made are updated.
    2. When i use wp-admin to login page goes blank, (i cant go into my backend anymore as wp-admin goes blank)

    Please help me
    I can access FTP and cpanel of my site, please tell me what should i do to at leas bring back my wp-admin page.

    Do these troubleshooting steps:

    1. Use FTP and make copies of your root and wp-admin htaccess files and delete them from your website.
    2. Log into your website.
    3. Go to BPS Custom Code and cut (NOT copy) ALL of your custom htaccess code that you added in ALL Custom Code text boxes and save it to a Notepad (NOT Word or WordPad) text file on your computer.
    4. Click the Save Root Custom Code button after you have cut/removed ALL of your custom code.
    5. Go to the BPS Security Modes page, click the Create secure.htaccess File AutoMagic button and activate root folder BulletProof Mode.
    6. activate wp-admin folder BulletProof Mode.

    Let me know if everything is working or not at this point.
