    Hi,

To change to example 2 you need to turn off cover photos on the profile. This can be done in settings page > appearance > profile or done on a per profile basis when editing the actual profile form.

For second question can you please check if a password reset page exists in your Pages list? and does this issue go away when you deactivate all other plugins and switch to default WP theme? For this issue you may need to join our community forum as we may need to get private details for your site.

    Thanks

Hi, thanks for your quick answer.
I understood how to set a different appearance now but how I can set a password page to be used with the Ultimate Member login form in the front end lost password option/link? (I have avaiable the “?action=lostpassword” default wp page but I don’t know how to set it and if I try to do it with the plugin core files in an update the changes could be overwritten…)

And another question regarding the user profile, in your demo webapge appears that when someone selects settings in the user profile page another set of fields to fulfil are avaiable; like real name and other stuff, but in my case when someone clicks to “edit profile” it just the options of setting up the cover photo or edit the text about the user, and in the same front end user page in settings just appears 2 options that are “edit profile ” or “cancel” instead of another options avaible like in the demo site.( are these options just for some “premium” features?)

Thanks for making this excellent plugin and keep the great work.

The password page is automatically installed when you activate Ultimate Member. For fields to show on the profile you need to add fields to the profile form. By default the profile form has no fields in it as fields such as first name and last name are changed on the account page and not the profile.

If you join our community forum we will be able to have a look at your site.

    Thanks
