Plugin search – order generator

  • Hi,

    I am looking for a plugin in which I can generate manually an order for my clients.

    In few words. On my website I am generating order filling boxes like: Name, Address, Price, Sepcification etc.

    My clients receives email – he chekcs the box with Terms&Conditions and accepts the order.

    I am receving the email.

    Is it possible?
