• I’m not sure if anyone could help me with this or not, but I figured I’d put it out there. I recently was made aware that google authorship was no more. That the pictures were no longer going to be put out there on the search results. When I started my word press blog a last year I added on my blog a static link for the google authorship on every page and am wondering if this is not needed anymore for google? My site is https://www.thetwelfthstep.com. The reason why I ask this is when I went out and looked at the structured data testing tool and put my site in, I got an error… see below:

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED? Thanks.

    Andrew,

I would leave it, unless it just really bugs you. There’s no harm in leaving it, for sure.

As far as the error for the Structured Data Testing Tool, it’s pretty minor. There’s more information about it here if you’d like to read up on it.
