Goole Authorship Issue

I’m not sure if anyone could help me with this or not, but I figured I’d put it out there. I recently was made aware that google authorship was no more. That the pictures were no longer going to be put out there on the search results. When I started my word press blog a last year I added on my blog a static link for the google authorship on every page and am wondering if this is not needed anymore for google? My site is https://www.thetwelfthstep.com. The reason why I ask this is when I went out and looked at the structured data testing tool and put my site in, I got an error… see below:
