Feature Request: Option to change "Read More"

    I LOVE this plugin.
    I use it to show recent work I’ve done for clients and link to their websites. One option that would be nice is to be able to change the text of the links. Instead of “Read More” I change it to “Check ’em out” within the .php. But I have to re-do it every time there is a plugin update.

    I don’t know why, but I thought this functionality used to be in the plugin, but I guess edited the .php manually in the past too.
