PHP export code included in functions.php – Nothing happens, no fields in admin

ACF5 PRO – Hey, i followed instructions to include php export code in my functions.php, but without any result in wp administration. There are no fields in ACF tab. PHP code is not in any other function. Its on default wp template without any extra functions. Whats wrong?
