Don’t see anything suspicious in HTML source of your website. Make sure to scan your website or ask your hosting provider to do it for you.

This is definitely not theme related because there are no malware in the original files and there are no vulnerabilities either that could be used to hack your website.

I resolved this issue with my hosting provider. They deactivated the theme which resolved the issue. They said there was no malware but ManageWP still states that there is a security risk. It had a fatal error in line 73 of header.php (I know you can’t see it now but thought you might like me to follow up?

    Thanks,

That line on header contains only this markup </div> which obviously doesn’t contain any errors and can’t trigger any malware detector. You have either modified your theme or malware did modify header for you and this code is still there.
