This (free) plugin does not have shortcode support at the moment. You can either use some widget to shortcode plugin or a sidebar to shortcode plugin to get it displayed on a page. You can place as many widgets as you like on the page.

Before I buy the 5sec-plugin, what’s the difference between the Pro and Premium going to be?

5sec Google Maps PRO has a different approach – shortcode based. Premium version of GMW is going to be more widget oriented and include multiple pins per map which GMW doesn’t have at the moment. If you need some maps placed in a page … 5sec GMP is a good choice. Please note that id does not have the lightbox functionality.

Many thanks. The combination thumbnail+lightbox is great and an additional shortcode plugin makes the GMW work on non-widgets ?? Making several maps is possible but cumbersome (a widget per map), therefore looking forward to the premium.
However, maybe down the road you’ll make a turbo charged all-in-one plugin ??
