Add free flow Information on event pages

Hi all,
I’m using the function “submitt Events by user”, see:

I’d like to give the user information before the event form applies. e.g.

I tried to add Information in the wordpress page but all Information except (Event_form) will be ignored completly:

PAGE “TURNIER MELDEN” IN ADMIN MODE

I ‘d like to add information here:

How can I add Information on the Event pages outside of the Event form itself.
