  • Shop base = Shop (capital S)
    Product base = shop ( without capital S)

    A little workaround, but not a good solution.

    A good solid solution would be:

    Download and install Custom Permalinks plugin if you want custom permalinks.
    Download and install All In One SEO Pack if you want the SEO to use custom permalinks.

    WordPress and WooCommerce are a pain when it comes to permalinks, support for it even worse because everyone is trying to avoid it.
