Having trouble with the shortcode displaying an error. I have used this plugin previously without issue, just not for a while.

I’m using all the default plugin settings with the basic [ix_show_latest_yt] tag.

I’m now getting this error code displaying on the page, instead of the embedded video.

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas03_data03/20/2389620/html/wp-content/plugins/ix-show-latest-youtube/plugin/Ix_ShowLatestYt.php on line 139

Warning: array_multisort(): Argument #1 is expected to be an array or a sort flag in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas03_data03/20/2389620/html/wp-content/plugins/ix-show-latest-youtube/plugin/Ix_ShowLatestYt.php on line 142
No more videos found for channel geekandgamergirl_xx

The page in question in currently unpublished, but the website is geekandgamergirl.com

    Thanks in advance!!

Can you post a screenshot of the settings page?

Hey, I’ve got the plugin running on WordPress 4.1 in the same configuration. My page (www.elfk.de/dresden) has shown the same error message for the last days.

Here is a screenshot of my settings page: settings

Thanks for the great plugin and your support!

I see what the problem is and I’m working to fix it.

@geekandgamergirl, one of your other problems is that no channel exists called geekandgamergirl_xx. If this is your channel, then your id would be UCKkviQpqZ803j1au84qhIlw.

Just a heads up. The fix for this involves rewriting a bunch of code, which is why it’s not a quick fix.

Sorry I’ve been MIA for a few days. Thanks a lot for the quick reply. No worries on the fix time. I really appreciate it, man.

Also thanks re the channel ID. I’ve been so used to simply using my Channel’s unique web address when loading my details into a bunch of applications. I was on autopilot here.

    Thank you again ??

    Looking forward to an update!!

Interestingly the error message vanished while refreshing the hangouts, not to show up angain. The plugin has been working just fine for the last days. It wouldn’t bother me to keep it like that right now.

The issue is that there’s some bad PHP code. On some servers, it will display the warning for all to see. But on some others, the PHP warning will not be displayed.

I’m working to fix the warning completely.
