Events not showing – Avada WP theme

    Hello,

    I did the installation as described. I had a successful connection between WP and Eventbrite. I created a new page and was able to select Eventbrite for the page templates.

    I connected/disconnected from Eventbrite as suggested. My public Eventbrite page is still not showing.

    Anything to do with the theme? I’m using the latest version of Avada.

    Hello,

    I can see the event on that page; looks like you’re all set.

    Because the plugin uses caching to speed up load times, the plugin checks every 24hrs to see if changes have been made to the site; maybe it just needed to refresh.

    You can force a refresh at any time yourself, by simply disconnecting and reconnecting to Eventbrite in Tools > Keyring.
