No 'forgot password' link being generated on login form

Hi,

thanks for a wonderful plugin.

I am using this plugin successfully but haven’t been able to generate the “forgot password” link on the login form.

I have a login form generated with the shortcode [wp-members page=”login”] on /login

I have a members area generated with the shortcode [wp-members page=”members-area”] on /members-area

I have registered the members area page as user profile page on the wp-members settings.

There is no ‘forgot password’ link being added to the form.

Alternatively, I have created a user profile page with the shortcode [wp-members page=”user-profile”] on /user-profiles and have registered on the settings for the user profile page and no forgot password link generated with that, either.

Any pointers on how to make that link appear automatically? Thanks!
