I’m not familiar with VC boxes; but, assuming they support standard WP shortcodes, then the answer is yes. (Or if you can use standard WP text box widgets with your theme, then yes.) See the Clef login shortcode guide.

If you mean do the Clef Wave and login button resize automatically to match the sidebar sizing, no.

(Currently, the only way to do custom Clef buttons is to roll your own; see https://docs.getclef.com/v1.0/docs/clefjs-and-the-clef-button.)
